Qizhou Luo is an instructor and Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of Nevada, Reno. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics, Finance, and Management from the University of Bristol, and a B.B.A. in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research areas include business economics and development economics.

Dr. Shunfeng Song is a Professor of Economics at the University of Nevada, Reno. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine in 1992. His research interests and teaching areas include urban economics, transportation economics, and applied microeconomics. Dr. Song also served as President of the Chinese Economists Society from 2003 to 2004.
