Oriana A. Abboud is a faculty member and joint head of the Center for Diversity and Intergroup Conflict Studies at Yezreel Valley College. Her Ph.D. from Bar-Ilan University was awarded a scholarship by the President of Israel. Research interests: identity, inter/intra-group relations, crisis management, qualitative research. Rachelly Y. Ashwal is a faculty member in the Conflict Resolution, Management, and Negotiation Program, Bar-Ilan University. Her Ph.D. was awarded by the President of Israel scholarship. Research interests: Identity-based conflicts, Crisis management, and Intercultural Resilience building, ODR. Member in: IACM, ISPP, AIS.

Michal R. Rotem is the joint head of the Center for Diversity and Intergroup Conflict Studies and a faculty member in the Department of Human Services at Yezreel Valley College. She has a Ph.D. from the Swiss Center for Conflict Research at Hebrew University. Her research interests include diversity management and intergroup relations.
