Prof. Dr. Petar Mostarac received his B.S. degree in
control and computer engineering and his Ph.D. degree from the University of
Zagreb, Zagreb, Croatia, in 2007 and 2013, respectively. Since 2007, he has
been with the Department of Electrical Engineering Basics and Measurement,
Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, where he
is currently an Associate Professor. His current research interests include the
development of precise measurement methods for electrical quantities and signal
processing.
Prof. Dr. Roman Malarić received his B.S. degree in
radio communications, and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of
Zagreb, Zagreb, in 1994, 1996, and 2006, respectively. Since 1994, he has been
with the Department of Electrical Engineering Basics and Measurement, Faculty
of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, where he is
currently a Full Professor. His current research interest includes the
development of precise measurement methods for electrical quantities.
Prof. Dr. Hrvoje Hegeduš works as an Associate
Professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing of the University
of Zagreb. He started there as an assistant back in 2005 and received his
doctorate in 2011 on the topic of Reducing the Uncertainty of Measurements of
Alternating Quantities in a Mobile Measuring Laboratory. From the position of
assistant, via institute associate, he reached the position of associate
professor, and his areas of scientific research are power electronics, signal
processing, circuits and systems, and communications technologies. He
participated in numerous projects, such as Measuring infrastructure for smart
networks (HRZZ), Traffic management in storm conditions on the A6 highway
(ARZ), and many others. His professional interests are systems for data
acquisition, processing, and storage (data loggers and sensors), measurement of
electrical quantities in high accuracy, calibration of instruments and laboratory
equipment, measurement of non-electrical quantities and measurement converters,
embedded systems based on microcontrollers and meteorological measurement
systems. Hrvoje works as a member of the Croatian Metrology Society.
