Meng Wang received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electronic information engineering and information and communication engineering from the Dalian Maritime University, Dalian, China, in 2010 and 2022, respectively, and the M.S. degree in electronics and computer engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul, South Korea, in 2014. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Information and Communication Engineering, Dalian Minzu University, Dalian, China. His research interests include signal processing and cooperative communications.
