Bekbolat Rakhishevich Nusupbekov is a Candidate of Technical Sciences, a Professor, and an experienced scientist and educator currently serving in the leadership of a higher education institution.
He was born in 1963 in the Zhambyl region of Kazakhstan. In 1985, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Physics at Karaganda State University. After completing his military service, he worked in engineering, research, and academic roles.
In 1998, he defended his candidate dissertation. He was awarded the academic titles of Associate Professor in 2003 and Professor in 2018. From 2019 to 2021, he served as Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at Karaganda University, and since October 2024, he has held the position of Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Professor at Karaganda Technical University.
He is the author of over 350 scientific articles, 7 patents, 5 monographs, and several textbooks and teaching materials. His h-index is 4 in both the Web of Science and Scopus databases.
He has led multiple scientific projects and supervised candidates of science, PhD students, and master's students. He is married with three sons, two of whom are successfully working in the fields of science and education.
