Wenchang Li received his Ph.D. in Engineering from the
University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2011. He worked as
a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Information Science and Technology,
Peking University from 2011 to 2013. He is currently a researcher at the
Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a tenured professor
at the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the director of the Key
Laboratory of Solid-State Optoelectronic Information Technology Innovation of the
Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been engaged in researching
high-performance integrated circuits, such as intelligent sensing and
information processing, and pays special attention to the relationship between
scientific research and industry, achieving
industrialization in the fields of programmable logic chips, audio power
amplifiers, and intelligent sensing and information processing. He has won
two second prizes and two third prizes in provincial and ministerial science and technology
awards, and has won provincial and ministerial honors, including "Outstanding
Contribution Science and Technology Worker". His research areas and
directions include high-reliability and mixed analog and digital
integrated circuit technology, intelligent sensing and information processing
technology, special device and circuit modeling technology, and
high-temperature and wide-temperature integrated circuit technology.
