Assoc. Dr. Ibrahim Berkan AYDIELK received Bachelor, Master and PhD degrees in Computer Engineering at Selcuk University and began his academic career as a Computer Lecturer at Selcuk University in 2004. In 2014, he was appointed Assistant Professor of Computer Engineering at Harran University and in 2019 he was appointed Associate Professor. During his career, he took part in numerous successful projects, administrative and academic positions. His main areas of expertise are Computer Science, Software, Metaheuristics, Swarm intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, Machine Learning.

Dr. Arzu Uslu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine Nursing at the Faculty of Health Sciences, Harran University. She holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Internal Medicine Nursing and is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence Engineering at Üsküdar University. Her research focuses on the application of artificial intelligence in healthcare, clinical decision support systems, and personalized patient care. She aims to explore how AI can be utilized in nursing practice and chronic disease management to develop innovative solutions. Dr. Uslu actively participates in national and international conferences and is involved in projects that integrate AI into healthcare.

Cengiz KINA received his B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from Ondokuz Mayıs University and his M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from the Institute of Science, Harran University. Since 2020, he has been working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Computer Engineering at Harran University. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering at the Institute of Science, Mersin University. His research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, metaheuristic optimization algorithms, and human pose estimation. He actively contributes to academic studies in these areas, focusing on developing intelligent systems and data-driven models
