Prof. Dr. Murilo E. C. Bento is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of São Paulo, São Carlos, Brazil, in 2013, 2016, and 2020, respectively. He is a reviewer of electrical engineering journals from different publishers (IEEE, Springer, Wiley, and Elsevier). His research interests include Power System Stability, Power System Control, Smart Grids, Artificial Intelligence, Wind Generation, Wide-Area Control, PMU, Small-Signal Stability, Voltage Stability, Frequency Stability, and Damping Control.
