Serkan Selli is currently a full professor at the Food Engineering Department, University of Cukurova, Adana, Turkey. He received his BS, MS, and Ph.D. in the Food Engineering Department from Cukurova University. He finished his post-doc study at Oniris National School for Engineers in Agricultural and Food Science Industries, Food Biochemistry Group, in Nantes, France. His current research interests include food analysis, food chemistry, volatiles, key odorants, and phenolic compounds analysis of food samples.
