Dr. Zhen Zhang received a Ph. D. degree in Water Informatics from Hohai University, Nanjing, China, in 2013. He is currently an associate professor and master's supervisor at the School of Information Science and Engineering. His research interests include digital image processing and artificial intelligence, embedded systems and computer vision, intelligent perception systems and water conservancy measurement. His current main interests are online monitoring technology and system development for water level, flow velocity and flow using image-based methods.
