Prof. Weidong Zhu is currently an associate professor at Xidian University. He received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Northwest Normal University in 2011 and 2014, respectively, and his doctorate from Nanjing University in 2017. In the same year, he joined the research group of Academician Hao Yue at the School of Microelectronics of Xidian University. Prof. Weidong Zhu is mainly engaged in the research of new semiconductor materials, devices, and system integration.
Prof. Dazheng Chen is currently an associate professor at Xidian University. He received his bachelor's and doctoral degrees from Xidian University in 2010 and 2015, respectively. He entered the Physics Postdoctoral Research Station in March 2016 and has worked in the Department of Microcircuits and Devices, School of Microelectronics, Xidian University since 2018. Prof. Dazheng Chen has won one second prize in natural sciences from the Shaanxi Electronics Society, one first prize in the Shaanxi Science and Technology Workers Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and one first prize in the Northwest Regional Competition of the China College Student Computer Design Competition, etc. He is mainly engaged in research in organic and perovskite semiconductor materials and photovoltaic devices, nitride semiconductor materials and devices, flexible electronic devices and circuit integration, etc.
Dr. He Xi is an associate professor at the School of Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology at Xidian University. She received her bachelor's degree and doctorate from Shandong University in 2008 and 2013, respectively. From July 2013 to May 2014, she was an engineer at Shaanxi Coal Chemical Technology Research Institute. Since June 2014, she has been working at Xidian University. Dr. He Xi has been engaged in the design, preparation, and performance research of new photovoltaic materials, especially perovskite materials, wide bandgap semiconductor materials, and their optoelectronic devices.
