Dr Ewelina Szacawa is an adjunct at the Department of Bacteriology and Bacterial Animal Diseases, National Veterinary Research Institute in Pulawy, Poland. She completed her PhD studies at the NVRI. She has published more than thirty papers in various journals. Her scientific disciplines include bovine tuberculosis and transmission of the disease between different animal species. Her interests include the conventional and molecular investigation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex.
