Dr. Marco Albano currently works as a Researcher in Zoology at the University of Messina, Department of Veterinary Sciences. He obtained his Master's degree from the University of Iceland in 2015 and his Ph.D. from the University of Messina in 2022. His research interests include Marine Zoology and Ecology, Aquaculture, Histology, Parasitology and Marine genomics-related areas. He has published more than 40 publications in peer-reviewed journals with an h-index of 15 (Scopus, March 2024).
