Prof. Zhouli Liu obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from the School of Horticulture, Shenyang Agricultural University, in 2005, and her PhD degree in Ecology from the School of Resources and Environment, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (formerly the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences), in 2010. From 2010 to 2020, she worked as an Assistant Researcher and then an Associate Researcher at the Institute of Applied Ecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Since 2020, she has been working at the School of Life Sciences and Engineering, Shenyang University, and is currently a professor. She is mainly engaged in research on environmental ecology, pollution ecology, plant ecology, plant physiological ecology, environmental chemistry, urban ecology, etc.
