Shihai He (IEEE Member) received a B.S. in Electronic and Information Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2010, and an M.S. in Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit System from Waseda University, Japan, in 2012. Beginning in 2012, he has worked as an RF Power Amplifier Junior/Senior/Staff Engineer with the Front-End Module Department of Beijing Onmicro Electronic Co., Ltd. He has authored or co-authored over 12 conference papers. His current research interests include power amplifier design, Doherty circuits, high-efficiency technology and THz circuits for 6G communication.

Huan Chen received a B.S. and an M.S. in Electronic and Information Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2021 and 2024, respectively. Beginning in 2024, he has worked as an RF Power Amplifier Junior Engineer with the Front-end Module Department in Beijing Onmicro Electronics Co., Ltd. His current research interests include power amplifier design, passive filters, LNA circuits, and RF switches.
