Rashid Iqbal received his Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology in 2015 and his Master's degree in Food Safety in 2017, both from Forman Christian College University, Lahore, Pakistan. He worked as a Lecturer at the School of Food and Agricultural Sciences, University of Management and Technology, from 2018 to 2023. In 2023, he began pursuing a Ph.D. in Animal and Food Sciences at the University of Padua, Italy, and is also a visiting student at the University of Melbourne, Australia. His research interests include the reduction of methane emissions from ruminants, the encapsulation of bioactive compounds, and food safety.
