Barbara Burnat completed her master’s degree in 2003 at the University of Lodz. In 2008, Barbara Burnat earned her Ph.D. in physical chemistry, with a specialization in electrochemistry, from the same institution. Barbara Burnat is appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry, Faculty of Chemistry, University of Lodz. She is a member of the International Society of Electrochemistry, European Chemical Society, Polish Chemical Society, and Polish Society of Biomaterials. Her research interests encompass metallic biomaterials, corrosion, surface modification, sol-gel processes, nanomaterials, electrodeposition, microscopic surface analysis, and electroanalysis.
