LingYi Meng, Ph.D. student at the College of Metallurgy and Energy, North China University of Science and Technology; currently the director of the student work office of the College of Architecture and Engineering, North China University of Science and Technology; has published one core paper in Chinese in the field of sintering flue gas treatment. Their main research interests are metallurgical energy saving and resource optimization.

Yan Shi, female, Ph.D., professor, master's supervisor, graduated from Hebei Institute of Technology, University of Science and Technology Beijing and Northeastern University successively and is now a teacher in the Metallurgical Engineering Department of the College of Metallurgy and Energy and a Yanzhao Talent of Hebei Province. She is a lecturer of the undergraduate “Metallurgical Principles” national first-class course, “Refractories”, and other courses and the postgraduate “Metallurgical Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation” and other courses. She is mainly engaged in metallurgical environmental protection, metallurgical energy saving, the comprehensive utilization of metallurgical resources, and other areas of research. Shee has presided over and participated in 1 project of the National Science and Technology Support Program, 2 projects of the National Key R&D Program, 5 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 4 projects of the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province, 1 project of the Ministry of Education's Science and Technology Research Key Project, and 8 projects at the municipal and departmental levels. She has published more than 50 academic papers, including 24 SCI and EI papers, 3 monographs and textbooks, and 2 authorized national invention patents. She was awarded the Tangshan Science and Technology Progress Award and the Hebei Metallurgical Science and Technology Award.
Changqing Hu, male, Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor, Hebei Provincial Government Special Allowance Expert, Hebei Provincial Universities and Colleges 100 Outstanding Innovative Talents, Metallurgical Youth Science and Technology Award Winner of the Chinese Society for Metals, member of the Academic Committee of Metallurgical Process Engineering of the Chinese Society for Metals, and the first batch of think-tank experts of Hebei Provincial Association for Science and Technology. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research work in the fields of iron ore powder briquetting, new ironmaking technology, metallurgical energy saving, and the comprehensive utilization of resources. He has presided over the completion/investigation of 2 National Natural Funds and 4 Hebei Provincial Natural Funds; he has won 1 second prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress, along with 2 first prizes, 1 second prize, and 1 third prize of Hebei Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress. He has published more than 50 academic papers in domestic and foreign journals and academic conferences, 3 books, and 6 national invention patents.
