Xinrui Zhao is a researcher and doctor's supervisor at Jiangnan University. He received his bachelor’s degree from Anhui University between September 2002 and July 2006, followed by a master’s degree from the same institution between September 2007 and July 2010. Subsequently, he earned his doctoral degree from Jiangnan University from September 2010 to June 2014. From October 2016 to October 2018, he served as a co-supervisor at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). Since 2018, he has held the position of associate researcher at Jiangnan University. Dr. Zhao has led the National Natural Science Youth Fund Project (Grant No. 31900067), contributed to the key project on "Synthetic Biology" under the National Key R&D Program, and collaborated with several renowned domestic food production companies to conduct research on the synthesis and preparation of heme-related proteins and enzymes.
