As an Assistant Professor at Hailey College of Banking and Finance with over 11 years of teaching experience, Dr. Usman Sarwar specializes in finance, focusing on risk management, working capital management, resilience, financial literacy, and financial inclusion. His research explores resource–resilience–performance dynamics through resource-based theory, social network theory, and resilience theory. Dr. Waqas Baig is working as an Assistant Professor at HCBF. With the assistance of the HEC Indigenous Scholarship, he was able to finish his doctoral studies in commerce at Hailey College of Commerce. Several research and conference papers at both the national and international level are on his credit. His areas of interest are management sciences and organizational behavior. Dedicated to enhancing understanding in business research, he instructs in advanced research methodology, data analysis tools, and management studies, utilizing unique teaching approaches to engage and motivate students. Dr. Samar Rahi earned his Ph.D. from UniSZA, Malaysia. Dr. Rahi is listed among the world’s top 2% of scientists by the Stanford/Elsevier 2023 ranking in the field of management and economics. His research interests include artificial intelligence in banking, technology management, information systems, e-service quality, e-health services, employee psychological well-being, organizational resilience, supply chain robustness, and logistics service quality. Sonia Sattar earned her M.Phil with distinction from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan. She has teaching and research experience of around 8 years. Currently, she is engaged with her research work with the Department of Economics and Management, Beijing Institute of Technology, China. Her area of interest is accounting and finance.
