Julian A. Tanner is the Dexter H C Man Family Professor in Medical Science at the University of Hong Kong. He is also an Associate Dean of the Medical Faculty and Director of the Common Core at HKU. He received his Ph.D. from Imperial College London in 2001. His research field is chemical biology and nucleic acid engineering.
