Prof. Mingzhong Qiao received his B.S. and
Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Naval University of
Engineering, Wuhan, China, in 1996 and 2003, respectively. Prof. Mingzhong Qiao
is currently a Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Naval
University of Engineering. His current research interests include power system
automation and ship propulsion motors.
