Professor Andrea Majlingová is a distinguished academic at the Technical University in Zvolen, Slovakia, specializing in climate change adaptation, fire protection and disaster risk management. She serves as a professor at the Department of Fire Protection, Faculty of Wood Sciences and Technology. Professor Majlingová's academic journey PhD. study in forest management at the Technical University in Zvolen in 2006 and in rescue services at the University of Zilina in 2015. She has been recognized for her contributions to the field of fire safety and mostly fire testing, fire behaviour modelling, wildfire risk management, achieving the title of professor as announced by the Faculty of Wood Sciences and Technology.
