Dr. Yaron Berkovich is a recognized orthopedic specialist from Israel with more than 17 years of extensive experience. He is one of the youngest research-oriented and successful orthopedic specialists, and serves as head of the orthopedic department at Carmel Medical Center in Israel. Dr. Yaron Berkovich received his MD from The Ruth and Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine in 2004. He then continued his specialization in orthopedic surgery and completed it at Rambam Health Medical Center in 2010. Dr. Yaron Berkovich also received a scholarship form ESSKA as a resident. From 2010 to 2012, Dr. Berkovich undertook a fellowship in joint replacement in Toronto, Canada (Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and Mount Sinai Hospital). Dr. Berkovich also serves as a senior lecturer at Technion–Israel Institute of Technology. His expertise is in knee replacement, hip replacement, revision joint surgery, and robotic joint replacement.
