Dr. Lincong Luo holds a Ph.D. in Thermal Energy from Shandong University and serves as the Deputy Director of the Energy Measurement Center at the Chongqing Academy of Metrology and Quality Inspection. He is a member of the Water Efficiency Labeling Measurement Subcommittee of the National Energy and Resources Measurement Technical Committee (MTC36/SC4). Additionally, he is a Level 1 Certified Metrology Engineer. He has led and participated in more than 10 research projects in the fields of energy measurement and carbon emissions and has published over 20 papers in various journals.
Dr. Pengjiang Guo is an Associate Professor at the Department of Energy and Power Engineering, Shandong University of Technology. He completed his PhD studies in Power Engineering at the Dalian University of Technology, and has been awarded the Outstanding Education Teacher Award in SDUT. He recently led the Projects of Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation. He has published 25 papers in various journals and serves as a Member of the Shandong Society of Automotive Engineering. His teaching disciplines include Internal Combustion Engines, and his interests include Fluid Mechanics, Combustion, etc.
Mr. Gang Wang is a Senior Engineer and the academic leader at the Chongqing Academy of Metrology and Quality Inspection. He serves as a member of the Subcommittee on Control Instrument and Equipment Industrial Control Computer System (TC124/SC2), and the Energy Measurement SubCommittee of the National Energy and Resources Measurement Technical Committee (MTC36/SC1). Wang has presided over and participated in numerous projects, earning him the Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, the Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Third Prize, and the Science and Technology Promotion Award from the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China.
