Dr. Biswajit Ghose is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce, Tezpur University. Previously, he worked at Mahatma Gandhi Central University, Bihar, and Mizoram University, Mizoram. He joined Tezpur University in December 2019. He received his M. Com. and Ph.D. degrees from Gauhati University (2011) and North-Eastern Hill University (2018), respectively. He has more than eight years of teaching and research experience in three central universities. His area of specialization is Accounting and Finance. At Mizoram University, he has taught courses namely Financial Management, Working Capital Management, Corporate Accounting, and Cost and Management Accounting. Currently, he teaches Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Accounting, Research Methodology, and Corporate Taxation at Tezpur University. Apart from teaching he also loves to carry out research on emerging and relevant issues in the field of finance. His research interests are Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Microfinance, Sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility. He has so far written around 20 research papers on topics related to Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, Carbon Emission, Firm Performance, Performance of MFIs, etc., and published the same in reputed national and international journals published by Sage, Emerald, etc., and indexed in Scopus, ABDC, UGC, etc. Additionally, he has also participated in different national and international conferences.

Pankaj Kumar Tyagi is an accomplished academician, researcher, and consultant. He is presently working as a Professor at Chandigarh University, Mohali, India. Dr. Tyagi is an alumnus of Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (Central University), India and Kurukshetra University, India. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, teaching, training, and consultancy, and he has expertise in destination management, the travel process, and disruptive technologies. He has published over 30 research papers in international journals indexed in the quality database and authored/edited 15 books. Yeshi Ngima is a PhD scholar in the Department of Commerce at Tezpur University, Assam. She holds a Master's degree in Commerce and a Master's degree in Mass Communication, both from Rajiv Gandhi University. Before joining Tezpur University, she served as an Assistant Professor at Saint Claret College in Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh, for three years. Mrs. Ngima is also an active researcher and frequently participates in national and international seminars and conferences.

Prof. Dr. Asokan Vasudevan is a renowned academic and researcher director at INTI International University in Nilai, Malaysia. He began his educational journey at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Safety Management.
