Juçara Gastaldi Cominal received her PhD in Sciences (Biosciences and Biotechnology) from the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto, University of São Paulo, in 2019. She is currently a postdoctoral research associate at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences, and Letters of Ribeirão Preto. Her research focuses on the biochemistry of bone mineralization and the role of extracellular vesicles. She previously worked on myeloproliferative neoplasms and the bone marrow niche.
