Tao Yue is a professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, School of Energy and Environmental Engineering, University of Science and Technology Beijing. He graduated from the University
of Science and Technology, Beijing with a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering in 2003 and obtained a master’s degree in environmental engineering in 2006. He received a doctorate in energy and environmental engineering from Zhejiang University in 2019. From 2006 to 2021, he worked at the Institute of Urban Safety and Environmental Sciences, Beijing Academy of Science and Technology, and served as an assistant researcher, associate researcher, researcher, and director of the research room. In 2021, he joined the University of Science and Technology, Beijing as a professor and doctoral supervisor. His research areas include the coordinated removal of multiple pollutants in flue gas and the prevention and control of atmospheric heavy metal pollution. He has presided over many scientific research projects and won many awards, including the third prize of the Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China (2012, 2015); the second prize of the Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award (2017); the Excellence Award of the First Youth Science Award of the Chinese Society of Environmental Sciences (2018), etc.
