Marcela Malindzakova earned an M.Sc. in study branch Management of processes of acquisition and processing of raw materials from the Technical University of Košice (1999) and a PhD in study branch Management of processes of acquisition and processing of raw materials (2004). She is now the assoc. prof. of the Institute of Logistics and Transport/Technical University of Košice.  Her work includes multi-theoretical and practical experiences in the area of the statistics, spreadsheets & word processing, research methods and quality logistics systems. She has appeared in 123 publications, presentations, lectures, and courses. Her research interests include statistics methods, QMS, EMS, and quality logistics systems.

Gabriela Izarikov earned a Mgr. in Teaching of general education subjects, Mathematics-Physics certification (1997) and a PhD in Automation and Control (2009) from the Technical University of Košice. She is now the Assoc. prof. of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics/Technical University of Košice. Her work in the field of mathematics, automation, and control has appeared in 153 publications, presentations, lectures, and courses. Her research interests include mathematics, automation, and control.
