Prof. Dr. Satılmış Ürgün graduated from Kocaeli University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Electrical Engineering in 2001. He received his MSc and PhD degrees from Kocaeli University, Department of Electrical Engineering in 2003 and 2008, respectively. He is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Avionics, Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Kocaeli University.
