Prof. Yury Yasyukevich received his PhD in 2009 and DSc in 2023 in Radio Physics from the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. He works as the Deputy Director at ISTP SB RAS and as a Professor at Irkutsk State University. He is an Associate/Guest Editor for Advances in Space Research and GPS Solutions. His
scientific interests include monitoring and modeling based on GNSS data, space weather effects on GPS/GLONASS, and the estimation of absolute total electron content and ionospheric anomalies. He is the PI of the SIMuRG project.
Prof. Baocheng Zhang received his Ph.D. degree in geodesy and surveying from the Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan, China, in 2012. He is currently a Professor at the Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research interests include multiple global navigation satellite system integer ambiguity
resolution-enabled precise point positioning (PPP-RTK), with an emphasis on code and carrier-phase bias estimation and characterization, ionospheric delay retrieval, and prototype PPP-RTK network software development.
