Boglárka Vajda received her Master’s Degree in European Affairs and Programme Management from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca in 2006, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Bucharest in 2012. She is currently pursuing a PhD in International Business and Economics at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where her research focuses on the challenges of transitioning to a circular bioeconomy in Central and Eastern Europe. She has over 15 years of experience in economic development, project management, and international cooperation, including work on EU-funded initiatives in the fields of sustainability, circular economy, and rural innovation. Her research interests include circular bioeconomy strategies, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable regional development.

Gabriela Drăgan is a Professor at the Faculty of International Economic Relations, Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), where she has been coordinating doctoral research in International Economics and Business since 2005. Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Drăgan served as General Director of the European Institute of Romania (2009–2019), Vice-Dean of the Faculty of International Business and Economics (2005–2012), and Dean of the Faculty of European Economic Studies at the Romanian-American University (2012–2016). She has been involved in several high-level commissions, including the Presidential Commission for Romania’s Country Project and the National Commission for adopting the Euro. Also, Dr. Drăgan was Vice President of the Consultative Council for Sustainable Development at the Romanian Government from 2021 to 2024, and she currently serves as a member of this Council. Recognized internationally, she received the Knight's Cross of the Order of Merit from the President of Poland in 2013.

Lajos Vajda is an experienced cluster development specialist and former Vice President of the Romanian Cluster Association, CLUSTERO (2011–2022). He currently serves as President of AICAR – the Romanian Association of Business Incubators and Business Centers, and holds the title of General Prefect of the Pro Concordatia Populorum Orden for Romania. With deep expertise in regional development and innovation, he has contributed to several EU-funded projects and is recognized for promoting sustainable development and collaborative ecosystems.

Mária-Magdolna Gáspár is Project Manager and Cluster Manager at the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of Covasna County (ASIMCOV). She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Development Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca. Formerly the Executive Director of ASIMCOV (2002–2006), she has led the organization’s project management initiatives since 2018, with a strong focus on circular economy, innovation, and the bioeconomy. She plays a key role in promoting the bioeconomy in Romania and regularly contributes as a speaker at national conferences and policy dialogues, advocating for sustainable economic models and cross-sectoral cooperation.

Miklós Levente Bagoly serves as President of the ProWood Regional Wood Cluster, a leading organization promoting innovation and collaboration in the wood processing sector in Romania. He is also Vice President of the LAM Foundation and President of the Association of SMEs from Covasna County, where he actively advocates for the interests of small and medium-sized enterprises. With extensive experience in designing and leading both EU and nationally funded projects, Mr. Bagoly has contributed to regional development, cluster excellence, and the advancement of sustainable practices in the SME landscape.
