Junsung Park received his Ph.D in industrial Engineering from Yonsei University in 2024, and is now pursuing research in the field of data-driven management. He worked as Research professor at Soongsil University (2025–). His/her research topics mainly include online customer review analysis, AI-based quality management, and technology acceptance.
