David Dyason is a Senior Lecturer at Lincoln University in New Zealand and the Program Director for the Bachelor of Land and Property Management. He teaches economics and property, including postgraduate supervisions that span disciplines. In addition, he is an extraordinary research scientist in the TRADE Research Focus Area at the North-West University, South Africa. David received his Master and Ph.D. in Economics at the North-West University and earned a Graduate Diploma in Valuation from Lincoln University. His research aims to reveal the causal relationship between property and economics, and how it influences economic development in both urban and rural landscapes.
Dr. Tim Baird Ph.D. is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Lincoln University in Aotearoa/New Zealand, where he is also currently the Programme Director for their B(Com) Marketing programme. His research is primarily in the area of wine and food marketing, with a strong emphasis on wine tourism, sustainability, and innovation.
