Dr. R. Perumal received his Ph.D., Degree in Materials Sciences from the Crystal Growth Centre, Anna University, Chennai, India in 2009. He worked as Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Italy, Sweden, South Korea, Japan and Malaysia (2010–2015). In 2017, he moved to Department of Physics, Saveetha School of Engineering, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Chennai, India. His research topics mainly include: Semiconductor Nanostructures, thin films and Devices.

Dr Lakshmanan Saravanan received his PhD Degree in Nanotechnology from the Anna University in 2012. He worked as Postdoctoral Researcher position at Tunghai University, Taiwan (2012-2015), National Chin-Yi University of Technology, Taiwan (2016-2017) and National University of Tainan, Taiwan (2018-2020). In 2021, he moved to Department of Physics, SIMATS Engineering, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, India. His research topics mainly include: Semiconductor nanomaterials, Energy storage materials.

Dr. Jih-Hsin Liu is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Tunghai University, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. His research focuses on semiconductor materials, optoelectronic devices, and nanotechnology.
