Peng He received his Bachelor’s degree from the Wuhan University
of Technology in 2010, his Master’s degree from the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics,
Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013, and his Ph.D. from the Shanghai Institute of
Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019. He
was a Project Manager (Deputy General Manager) at Shanghai Xinneng Energy
Technology Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2018. He is currently a Researcher at the Shanghai
Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of
Sciences. His research areas include research on efficient and controllable
preparation and mass production technology of graphene materials; graphene
thermal conductive structures and composite materials for high-power density
devices; research on the structural design and construction of high-performance
graphene-based sensor devices.
Guqiao Ding received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Suzhou
University, Suzhou, China, in 2001 and 2004, respectively, and a Ph.D. degree
from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2007. He has worked in new
materials research and development at Dow Chemical. He joined the Shanghai
Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of
Sciences, Shanghai, in 2010, where he is a Professor. His research currently
includes the preparation and application of graphene, graphene oxide, and new
2-D carbon-based materials. He is currently a member of the Expert Committee of
the China Graphene Industry Development Alliance, a member of the first board
of directors of the Graphene Engineering Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of
Sciences, and a visiting professor at Ningbo University.
