Bei Wang is a Professor at the College
of Fisheries, Guangdong Ocean University. She received her Master’s and Ph.D.,
both in aquaculture, from Guangdong Ocean University and Ocean University of
China, in 2007 and 2013, respectively. She was also a Visiting Scholar at the Scottish
Fish Immunology Research Centre, University of Aberdeen, UK from 2015 to 2016. Her
main research interests are focused on aquatic animal diseases and immunology.
Zhongliang Wang holds a Bachelor’s and
Master’s, both in aquaculture, from Guangdong Ocean University, a Ph.D. in marine
biology from the South China Sea Institute of Oceanology of the Chinese Academy
of Sciences, and is currently a Professor at the College of Fisheries,
Guangdong Ocean University. From 2015–2016, he served as a Visiting Scholar at
the University of Stirling, UK. His research interests are in the field of
functional genes and genomics of marine fish; research areas include evaluation
of marine fish germplasm resources, genetic breeding, artificial breeding, stress
tolerance biology, and the development and functional study of related
functional genes.
