Prof. Dr. Chaofeng Pan is a Professor at the Automotive Engineering Research Institute, Jiangsu University. He completed his Ph.D. in Vehicle Engineering at the School of Automobile and Traffic Engineering, Jiangsu University. He is a candidate for the high-level talent selection of the “Six Talent Peaks” program in Jiangsu Province, has authored over 60 high-level articles, and holds 20 patents. Additionally, he has led two National Natural Science Foundation projects. His research interests include optimal energy management of electric vehicle powertrain systems, battery management systems and battery thermal behavior, and regenerative braking systems for electric vehicles.
