Zhenbing Zhao was born in Jiangsu, China, in 1979. He earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from North China Electric Power University in Baoding, China, in 2002, 2005, and 2009, respectively. He currently holds the position of Professor at the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at North China Electric Power University. Additionally, he is a member of IEEE. His research interests encompass electric power vision, computer vision, machine learning, and intelligent detection of electrical equipment.
Gang Li holds a PhD in Engineering, is an associate professor, and is a member of the China Computer Federation (CCF). Gang Li graduated from the Department of Computer Science, North China Electric Power University in July 2003 with a bachelor’s degree, graduated from the Department of Computer Science, North China Electric Power University in March 2006 with a master’s degree in Computer Application Technology, and graduated from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Northwestern Polytechnical University in April 2011 with a PhD in Engineering. His main research areas are (1) smart grids and big data; (2) cyber-physical energy systems, and (3) fault prediction and health management.
