Dr. Bingquan Chen is a lecturer at the College of Science, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He completed his PhD studies in mathematics at Southeast University, and has won the excellent doctoral thesis in Jiangsu Province and the national scholarship for doctoral students. He recently led a National Natural Science Foundation project and a Jiangsu Natural Science Foundation project. He has published 10 papers in various journals such as IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control and IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics. His teaching subject is “Probability and Statistics”, and his research interests include Boolean networks, finite field systems and stochastic control.
