Samir Patel is an Associate Professor at the Department of
Computer Science and Engineering, School of Technology, Pandit Deendayal Energy
University. He received his B.E. in Computer Engineering from LD College of
Engineering, Gujarat University in 1998, his M.E. in Computer Engineering from
Sardar Patel University in 2004, and earned a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering
from the Institute of Technology, Nirma University in 2012. His professional
membership is with Computer Society of India (Life member) and ISTE (Life
member). He is a Senior member of IEEE and is also a member of ACM. His areas of
interest include Big Data Analytics, Parallel Computing, and Data Processing
and Mining.
Debabrata Swain is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department
of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Technology, Pandit Deendayal
Energy University. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Professor at Christ
University and an Assistant Professor at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology,
Pune. He obtained his B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bijupattnayak
University of Technology in 2008, his M.Tech. in Computer Science from Berhampur
University in 2011, then completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science and
Engineering at K.I.I.T. University in 2020. His main areas of Interest include Machine
Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Architecture,
and Web Programming.
