Thanhtrung Dang, PhD, APE, is an associate professor at the Department of Thermal Engineering, Faculty of Vehicle and Energy Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE), Vietnam. He received his BS and MS in thermal engineering from Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), and his PhD in mechanical engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU), Taiwan. His main research interests are nano/microscale heat transfer, energy and sustainable development, industrial refrigeration and air conditioning, and energy economics.
