Priyanka Kumari is a PhD scholar at the Central University of Rajasthan, specialising in novel drug delivery systems. Her research focuses on developing nanofiber and hydrogel-based formulations for the targeted treatment of cervical cancer and uterine infections. She has worked extensively on enhancing drug retention and mucoadhesion in vaginal drug delivery systems to improve therapeutic efficacy.
Priyanka was awarded second position in the poster presentation on development of ofloxacin-loaded CS/PVA hydrogel for the treatment of bovine metritis at the International Conference (ICCANBD-2025). Additionally, she received the ICMR Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) for her PhD research work.
Dr. Amit K Goyal is a Professor of the Pharmacy department at the Central University of Rajasthan, specialising in Pharmaceutical Nanotechnology, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Drug Delivery and Dosage Form Design. He holds a PhD in Pharmacy from Dr. Harisingh Gour University and has contributed significantly to noninvasive drug delivery systems and dosage form design for biopharmaceuticals, herbal ingredients and new chemical entities and 3D printing models. He has more than 200
publications and 6 funded research projects, and he has made notable advancements in the localised drug delivery system.
Beyond research, he is dedicated to teaching and mentoring PhD students and engaging in academic collaborations to advance knowledge in pharmaceutical biotechnology and veterinary sciences.
