Dr. Francesco De Pascale is a Tenure-Track Researcher in Geography at the Department of Human and Social Sciences, eCampus University, Novedrate, Italy. He obtained his PhD in Human Geography from the University of Calabria in 2015. Dr. Francesco De Pascale was also a research fellow at the CNR-IRPI and the Department of Communication Sciences at the University of Teramo. Moreover, he was awarded the “Costantino Caldo” Prize for his monograph Geographies of Risk and Vulnerability: Theoretical Approaches and Comparative Teaching Experiences (Pontecorboli, Florence, 2022). He is the author of over one hundred scientific publications in national and international journals.
Eleonora Guadagno, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Geography at the Department of Human and Social Sciences, eCampus University, Novedrate, Italy. She obtained her PhD in Human Geography from the University of Poitiers in 2014 and was also a research fellow at the University of Naples “L’Orientale” until 2024. Her research primarily focuses on environmental issues and the geography of risk, particularly in agricultural settings and coastal areas. She has authored scientific publications in national and international journals. In 2024 she won a grant from a PNRR cascade call on the geography of risk titled CITIES- Climate Initiative for Transforming and Improving Environmental Sustainability.
