Prof. Yanqing Su is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Harbin Institute of Technology. He received his BS in 1992 (his research won the Outstanding Undergraduate Thesis Award) and PhD in 1997 (his research won the first Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award) from the Harbin Institute of Technology. He was selected as a National High-Level Talent and an Excellent Talent of the New Century by the Ministry of Education. He was funded by the National Outstanding Young Scientists Fund and the Heilongjiang Province Outstanding Young Scientists Fund. He also won the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Promotion Award and the Heilongjiang Province Youth Science and Technology Award. His research interests include advanced metal materials, additive manufacturing, special solidification forming technology, melting theory, and metal hydrogenation theory and technology.
Prof. Yong Zang is a Professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering and the Vice President of the University of Science and Technology, Beijing. He is also the President of the China Metallurgical Education Society and the Vice President of the Compensation Management Research Branch of the China Higher Education Society. He received his BS in Steel Rolling Machinery (1983) and MSc in Metallurgical Machinery (1989). His research interests include nonlinear dynamics, plastic processing technology and equipment, and the innovative development of industrial equipment.
