Ms. Hsiang-Hua Yang has a strong educational background and extensive professional experience in accounting, corporate governance, and sustainability. She earned her Master’s degree in Accounting from Soochow University in 2019, completing a thesis on the relationship between key audit matters and stock price crash risk. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate in International Business at National Taiwan University.
In addition to her academic achievements, Ms. Yang is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Taiwan. She has worked as a sustainability strategy consultant at Deloitte. Her expertise and contributions have earned her recognition in both academia and the corporate sector.
Dr. Bao-Huei Huang is a distinguished media executive, corporate leader, and academic with a robust educational and professional background. She earned her Master of Science in Mass Communication and Journalism from San Jose State University in 1993, completing a thesis on media use in the acculturation process of Chinese immigrants in Silicon Valley, and later received her Master of Public Administration from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government in 2001. Currently a Ph.D. candidate in International Business at National Taiwan University, she has held key leadership roles as a board director at Tatung Company and Chinese Television System, and as an executive director at ETtoday. Her career spans broadcasting, journalism, and international business, and her research interests include media and communication studies, global corporate strategy, sustainable development, and corporate social responsibility. Dr. Huang’s extensive experience and commitment to excellence have earned her recognition both in academic circles and in the corporate arena.
