Hamza Çeştepe received a BA and PhD in economics from Istanbul University. Currently a Full Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics at Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in international economics while also serving as the Head of the Department of Economics. His research interests include international trade and finance, the world economy, and economic integration. A member of the Turkish Economic Association, he has 55 articles published in national and international peer-reviewed journals, 28 papers presented at international conferences, and seven book chapters published.
