Ronghui Wen received his Master of Engineering degree from Yangtze University‌ and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Information and Communication Engineering at Guilin University of Electronic Technology‌. His primary research areas include electronic signal detection and processing, electronic intelligence reconnaissance, and physical layer secure communication.

Dr. Li Ming received his Ph.D. from Xidian University. He currently serves as the Director of the Guangxi Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Electromagnetic Spectrum Sensing and Control Technology. His primary research focuses on intelligent electromagnetic spectrum warfare, electronic intelligence reconnaissance, and comprehensive technology development in related fields.

Lin Zheng received his Ph.D degree in information and communication systems from Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology in 2007. He is currently a full professor in the School of Information and Communication, Guilin University of Electronic Technology. His research interests cover noncoherent MIMO communication, integrated communication and target detection systems, ocean communication, random matrix theory, and intelligent signal processing.
