Author Biographies

Hachemi Nabil Dellys received his Ph.D. in computer science in 2019, specializing in distributed and mobile computing. He is an Associate Professor at the National School of Computer Science (ESI) of Algiers, Algeria from 2012. He also works as a researcher and educator at the Superior Military School of Material (ESM) since 2019. With a robust professional background, he doubles as a consultant and trainer in computer science, offering expertise to socio-economic enterprises and governmental ministries. He has made significant contributions to scientific research in computer security and biometrics. He has authored numerous articles published in reputable international journals and conferences and actively served on conference committees and as a reviewer.
Halima Mokeddem received her Engineer and Master’s degrees in computer science in 2022, specializing in artificial intelligence, from the National School of Computer Science (ESI), Algiers, Algeria. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in artificial intelligence, focusing on innovative solutions to address challenges in the medical field.
Layth Sliman received a degree in computer engineering, a master’s degree in computer science, and a Ph.D. degree from INSA Lyon, France, in collaboration with the University of the Ryukyus, Japan, and the Doctor of Science degree from UEVE (Paris-Saclay University). He has conducted research and taught computer engineering and information systems with many universities, including INSA Lyon; University of the Ryukyus; Beijing University of Technology; and the Institute of Visual Informatics, Malaysia. Since September 2010, he has been a Research Professor with EFREI. He is a Research Fellow with many prestigious research institutes in Japan, France, USA, and Malaysia. He is a member of the National Accreditation Board of Engineering Higher Institutes, France. He has chaired and/or organized more than ten international conferences. He has been the Managing Editor of Applied Soft Computing since 2020.
