Prof. Dr. Liu is an Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology and Psychology, School of Public Administration, Sichuan University. He completed his PhD studies in Social Psychology at the Tsinghua University. He recently led the Civic Education Project funded by Sichuan Science and Technology Program. He has published over 30 papers in various journals, and serves as a member for Social Psychology Association of Chinese Sociology Society. His teaching disciplines include NGO management and Managerial Psychology, and his interests include Civic Education and Behavioral Public Administration.

Zhou Li received her Bachelor's  Degree in Sociology from the Nanjing Normal University in 2024, and is now pursuing her Master's Degree in Sociology (Social Psychology Direction) at Sichuan University. She is supervised by Prof. Dr. Chuanjun Liu. Her research topics mainly include Civic Ethics and Organizational Behavior.
